General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via my online shop mariadam-art.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally binding offer. Only by placing an order do you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Confirmation of receipt of the order is automatic. The purchase contract is concluded when I accept the order by email or ship the goods.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are without VAT in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation).
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply, which will be shown during the ordering process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available worldwide via the shipping providers I specify. Delivery times are stated on the product page. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Payment
Payment is made in advance, via PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the shop. The goods remain my property until full payment is received.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate cancellation policy.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Please note that color variations or handmade characteristics are not defects, but rather part of the artistic character of the work.
9. Liability
I am fully liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. I am only liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
10. Dispute resolution
I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Contract language
The contract language is German.
